SCPA-EN-00104 is contained in a standard humanoid containment cell furnished with basic human amenities. Access to the cell is restricted to Level 3 personnel or higher. Twice a week, a psychologist must be present to assess the mental state of SCPA-EN-00104. Any personnel with traumatic memories are not allowed to interact with SCPA-EN-00104.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00104, also known as "The Memory Hunter," is a humanoid entity measuring 1.8 meters tall and weighing 68 kilograms. SCPA-EN-00104 has a hairless body and a pale complexion. SCPA-EN-00104's limbs are disproportionately long, giving it a spider-like appearance, though it moves with human-like grace.

SCPA-EN-00104 has the ability to drain memories from individuals by physical contact, rendering them amnesiacs for the duration of the drain. SCPA-EN-00104 sometimes uses this ability to feed on traumatic memories. Individuals who have lost their memories to SCPA-EN-00104 report feeling a deep sense of grief and emptiness. SCPA-EN-00104 appears to relish emotional memories more than factual ones.

SCPA-EN-00104's diet consists of a vegetarian diet of fruits, vegetables, and grains. It is important to note that SCPA-EN-00104 cannot survive on a diet devoid of emotional memories. The entity must be given access to emotionally charged memories for sustenance, or it will become increasingly hostile and unpredictable.

SCPA-EN-00104 cannot dwell in the memories of other SCPA entities, as the psychic defenses of such entities cause the Memory Hunter great pain.

SCPA-EN-00104 was discovered in the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest in 20██. It was contained with the aid of three Class D personnel using a mixture of tranquilizers and restraining gear. Upon being successfully contained, SCPA-EN-00104 revealed its name and expressed a desire to communicate with Foundation personnel.

SCPA-EN-00104 has displayed a number of characteristics common in humanoids with psychic abilities, including heightened empathy and receptivity to emotions.

Attempts to communicate with the SCPA-EN-00104 have shown that it is highly intelligent and articulate. However, the entity has only ever willingly spoken about itself, rendering communication difficult.
