SCPA-EN-00215 is to be contained in a standard Euclid-level humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. Description:
SCPA-EN-00215, also known as the "Void Portal," is a humanoid entity measuring 3.7 meters in height and weighing approximately 200 kg. SCPA-EN-00215 possesses abnormal abilities that allow it to open a void in the universe that can lead anywhere, including alternate dimensions and parallel universes. These voids appear as a large black circular disk with a diameter of approximately 1.5 meters which can vary from a few centimeters to over 5 meters in size, depending on the destination.

When the Void Portal is not sedated, it will spontaneously open these voids either by touching an object or simply by concentrating on a location. Whenever a void is opened, ambient temperature drops drastically and the surrounding environment is subject to violent tremors. The void will then swallow any object and transport it to its designated destination. If SCPA-EN-00215 is allowed to open these voids, they will begin to appear spontaneously and will become increasingly difficult to close.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00215 was recovered from ██████, Russia, after it caused a Class-5 dimensional shift, resulting in a large portion of the rural area being replaced by an alternate dimension. The entity was found sitting in the middle of the affected area, surrounded by the void disks. It was taken into Foundation custody shortly afterward. Testing has shown that the Void Portal has limited control over its powers and poses a considerable threat to reality.
