Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00250 is to be contained at Site-██ in a standard humanoid containment chamber. The chamber must be located underground and should be furnished to simulate a mining workplace, with mining tools and equipment such as helmets and pickaxes made available to SCPA-EN-00250. The chamber should be equipped with seismic sensors to detect any underground movement and any abnormal activity should be investigated immediately by personnel trained in handling SCPA-EN-00250. SCPA-EN-00250 is not to be allowed any direct contact with the outside world without express permission from at least two Level 3 or higher personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00250 is a humanoid entity measuring approximately 1.8 meters tall and weighing approximately 80 kg. SCPA-EN-00250 is entirely black and white, with no visible skin or clothing, and has no discernible facial features. SCPA-EN-00250 is capable of moving through solid rock as if it were water, leaving behind no trace of its passage. SCPA-EN-00250 can also manipulate the earth around it to create tunnels and caverns, mimicking the actions of a pickaxe and shovel. This ability appears to be limited to following existing mineral veins, suggesting it may have some sort of connection to the minerals it relies on for movement.

SCPA-EN-00250 demonstrates hostility towards humans and often attacks them when provoked or disturbed. It is advised that personnel are cautious when interacting with SCPA-EN-00250 and should not approach it when not necessary.

SCPA-EN-00250 is only active underground and has shown no sign of manifesting on the surface. SCPA-EN-00250 can be tracked underground through its seismic vibrations, but catching it has proven to be difficult. When SCPA-EN-00250 becomes aware of its chasers, it will often retreat deeper into the tunnels that it has created, using its ability to pass through solid rock to evade pursuit. There have been reports that SCPA-EN-00250 emits a soft humming noise when working, though this has not been confirmed.
