Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00130 is to be kept in a standard Keter-class containment locker at Site-19. Accessing SCPA-EN-00130 requires Level 3 clearance and requires approval from at least two Level 3 personnel. Transfer of SCPA-EN-00130 outside of Site-19 is strictly prohibited.

All personnel who have been granted access to SCPA-EN-00130 must wear hazmat suits and view SCPA-EN-00130 through a secure viewing portal or in a controlled environment.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00130 is a standard 35mm film reel containing footage of a seemingly harmless newsreel from the 1940s. The footage appears to be a typical newsreel of a carnival, but it becomes dangerous after the 7-minute mark. After this point, the footage begins to show traumatic events from the point of view of the cameraman. The footage culminates with the cameraman being killed in a sacrificial ritual performed by the carnival's workers.

Viewing SCPA-EN-00130 for longer than 60 seconds will cause viewers to experience haunting and terrifying images of the traumatic events depicted in the footage. The effects of viewing SCPA-EN-00130 intensify with each viewing and are irreversible.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00130 was recovered in 1974 after the deaths of several families who had allegedly viewed it. Each family had shared the film with other families, resulting in a widespread outbreak of SCPA-EN-00130's effects. The Foundation was alerted and successfully contained the film reel.

SCPA-EN-00130's effects seem to be purely psychological, but the science behind its effects is currently unknown. SCPA-EN-00130 seems to make viewers compulsively watch it, making its containment a top priority.
