Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00041 is to be kept in a standard non-anomalous locker in Site-19. Access to SCPA-EN-00041 is restricted to Level 2 personnel or above. Any testing involving SCPA-EN-00041 must receive approval from two Level 3 personnel before proceeding.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00041 is a single piece of paper that appears to be a tunnel, measuring 30 centimeters in length and 20 centimeters in height. The object, which is made from an unknown material, is completely opaque and any attempt to look inside the tunnel has failed.

When any object, living or non-living, is pushed through the entrance of the SCPA-EN-00041 tunnel, it will appear on the other side of the tunnel regardless of how far apart the two points are in reality. The time it takes to travel through the SCPA-EN-00041 tunnel seems to vary based on the distance between the two points. For example, an object sent through the SCPA-EN-00041 tunnel from Site-19 to Site-██ took approximately 5 minutes to arrive, while an object sent from Site-19 to the Moon took approximately 1 hour to arrive.

It should be noted that while the time it takes to travel through SCPA-EN-00041 is different than the time it takes to travel normally from one point to another, no loss of time or time dilation has been observed.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00041 was found in the personal belongings of a person of interest during a raid by the Foundation. The person of interest had no apparent knowledge of SCPA-EN-00041 or its abilities.
