Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00014 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber. The chamber must be a minimum of 10 m x 10 m x 10 m and have a fortified exterior. No personnel are allowed to enter SCPA-EN-00014's chamber unless they have received clearance from at least two Level 4 personnel. All visual and audio recordings of SCPA-EN-00014 must be kept in a secured database.

SCPA Foundation staff are to monitor SCPA-EN-00014's chamber through a camera system that will allow for close observation. Researchers are not allowed to make physical contact with SCPA-EN-00014 under any circumstances.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00014 is a humanoid figure with an unknown origin. SCPA-EN-00014 stands at 2 meters tall and has a muscular build. The entity is black in color with red protrusions dotted across its body. SCPA-EN-00014's movements are erratic and unpredictable, making it difficult to contain.

SCPA-EN-00014 has a unique ability to sculpt the world around it. It can create and manipulate matter at will, even reshaping atoms to sculpt reality. The entity can create visceral, gory sculptures that mimic living beings with pinpoint accuracy. SCPA-EN-00014 can bring these sculptures to life for a limited amount of time before they inevitably return to their inactive state.

Additional Information:
SCPA Foundation staff have observed that SCPA-EN-00014's sculptures have come to life, causing mayhem and destruction within the facility. After activation, the sculptures become extremely hostile and aggressive, attacking any staff in their vicinity. SCPA-EN-00014 has shown no remorse for the consequences of his actions.

SCPA-EN-00014's true intentions are unknown. Researchers hypothesize that the entity is attempting to create a new reality through its sculptures, however, extensive study is needed to confirm this theory.
