Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00160 is to be kept in a standard anomalous object locker at Site-19. Access to SCPA-EN-00160 requires written permission from at least two Level 3 personnel. No personnel are allowed to enter SCPA-EN-00160 except for testing purposes, and only with prior approval from at least two Level 4 personnel.

During testing, SCPA-EN-00160 must be placed in the center of a soundproof and fully enclosed room, with no less than two Class D personnel observing from outside. Class D personnel must not have any history of mental illness or disorders, and must undergo weekly psychological evaluations to ensure they are fit for observation.

Any individuals who attempt to operate SCPA-EN-00160 without proper clearance will be detained and subjected to disciplinary action.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00160 is a wooden wardrobe, measuring approximately 2 meters in height, 1.2 meters in width, and 0.9 meters in depth. The exterior of SCPA-EN-00160 is decorated with various illustrations of circus performers, including clowns, acrobats, and tightrope walkers.

When SCPA-EN-00160 is opened, it creates a temporal anomaly within a 5-meter radius around it. The time dilation effect within this radius is slight, with an average of approximately 0.5 seconds slower than outside SCPA-EN-00160. However, time within SCPA-EN-00160 moves at an accelerated rate, with 1 second passing inside SCPA-EN-00160 for every 5 seconds outside of it.

Additionally, any living creature that enters SCPA-EN-00160 will experience alterations in their physical form. These alterations include extreme flexibility, contortion of the limbs and torso, and hyperextension of joints. These effects are proportional to the amount of time the target spends inside SCPA-EN-00160. Prolonged exposure can result in tissue damage, organ failure, and ultimately death.
