Special Containment Procedures:
Due to its immovable state, SCPA-EN-00237 is to be contained at its current location, Site-34, which has been repurposed as a containment site. The immediate area surrounding SCPA-EN-00237 must be monitored at all times using a grid of four dozen high-resolution cameras. These cameras should be maintained in perfect working order, and any malfunctioning cameras must be fixed or replaced immediately. Additional security personnel are to be positioned within a 50-meter radius of SCPA-EN-00237, observing the cameras and the surrounding area for any activity that could indicate a break-in or escape attempt.

No personnel are allowed within 100 meters of SCPA-EN-00237 without explicit permission from at least one Level 3 personnel. Personnel must also wear full-body protective suits around SCPA-EN-00237 to protect against any unknown effects.

In the event of a breach or attempted breach of SCPA-EN-00237, Protocol Epsilon-37 is to be immediately implemented. This involves the mobilization of Foundation Mobile Task Force Omega-5 (a.k.a. "The Timekeepers") to respond to the situation.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00237 is a large, cocoon-like structure composed of an unknown material, which measures approximately 3 meters in height and 2 meters in width. It does not appear to have any distinguishable properties or openings. SCPA-EN-00237 is impenetrable by any known means, no matter how much force is applied. SCPA-EN-00237 appears to have the ability to stop time within a ~20-meter range from the object, however, this range has been noted to fluctuate. The anomalous properties of SCPA-EN-00237 appear to be entirely contained within its immediate vicinity.

Any living organism within SCPA-EN-00237's range will experience an immediate, but complete dehydration, turning to dust almost instantly. SCPA-EN-00237 exhibits significant temporal displacement effects, causing any nearby objects to rapidly age and decay even as time appears to stop within SCPA-EN-00237.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00237 was discovered in an abandoned house outside of the city of [REDACTED]. It is unknown how it reached that location, though it was suspected to have been transported in from an outside world. Attempts to date SCPA-EN-00237 have failed, and carbon dating has proved to be ineffective in revealing its age. SCPA-EN-00237 also appears to have no industrial inscriptions or descriptive marks.

SCPA-EN-00237 cannot be moved from its current location despite its size and weight, making it difficult to classify how dangerous it could be if it were to fall into the wrong hands.
