Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00292 is to be contained in a standard Keter-class humanoid containment chamber, with reinforced walls that are at least 1m thick. The walls and floors of the containment chamber are to be coated with a light-reflecting substance to prevent SCPA-00292 from invoking its anomalous properties. SCPA-00292 is not to be let outside of its containment except for approved testing purposes supervised by Level 3 personnel. Failure to comply with these containment procedures may result in increased activity from SCPA-00292.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00292, nicknamed "The Memory Dancer," is a humanoid entity with an incredibly dangerous anomalous ability. SCPA-EN-00292 can invade and alter the memories of any individual within its immediate vicinity, using a method that has not yet been fully understood by Foundation researchers. SCPA-EN-00292 appears to do so by performing a rhythmic and intricate dancing movement that has been shown to mesmerize and significantly manipulate the memories of anyone in the immediate vicinity, causing severe mental trauma and memory loss.

The range of SCPA-EN-00292's effect is currently estimated at approximately 5 meters from its person. SCPA-00292 is able to affect large groups of individuals and sometimes has targeted entire containment facilities.

Additional Information:
Personnel who come into contact with SCPA-EN-00292 are required to undergo intense mental evaluations before and after the interaction with the entity to ensure that no permanent effects on their cognizance remain. Memory-affecting SCPA entities should not be brought close to SCPA-EN-00292 unless legal authorization from at least two Level 3 personnel has been gained.

SCPA-EN-00292 also appears to have a preference for individuals working in the medical field or have previous exposure to medical practices. This has caused concern regarding the potential for it to manipulate medical staff or even researchers towards letting it escape containment and causing a widescale memory-affecting event.
