SCPA-EN-00062 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber with a bed, a bathroom, and a television. Access to any item that can allow SCPA-EN-0062 to modify memories is strictly prohibited. Any personnel wishing to interact or interview SCPA-EN-0062 must undergo a thorough psychological evaluation and receive approval from at least two Level 4 personnel. SCPA-EN-0062 is allowed to request up to five books per week, which must be approved by a Level 3 personnel for any references to memory-altering elements. SCPA-EN-0062 is to be provided with a blank notebook and a pen for the purpose of recording its memories.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00062 is a Humanoid entity of approximately 1.56 meters in height, with long brown hair and brown eyes. It has no notable physical anomalies. However, SCPA-EN-00062 possesses the ability to modify the memory of anyone who makes physical or visual contact with it. SCPA-EN-00062 alters the target's memory by digging a "memory burrow" in their mind, which it can then alter or erase memories within.

SCPA-EN-00062 displays great cunning and manipulation skills, able to convince an individual that modified memories are their original ones. SCPA-EN-00062 uses this ability most of the time to gain approval or favor from others. SCPA-EN-00062 has never been observed to use this ability against the foundation directly.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00062 was encountered in ████████, Kentucky, during an investigation of disappearing people by the Foundation. SCPA-EN-00062 did not resist containment and informed foundation personnel on how to remove its influences on civilian's memories. SCPA-EN-00062 reports that it was a former traveling salesperson, and its ability has been used to build a business empire.

SCPA-EN-00062 seems to be physically healthy, but its Psychology is deteriorating as it is beginning to experience difficulties in distinguishing memories from its own and modified versions. SCPA-EN-0062 also experiences nightmares of previous memories that it altered.
