Description:
SCPA-EN-00325 is an hourglass measuring approximately 20cm in height and 8cm in width. SCPA-EN-00325's frame and hourglass sand are made of an unknown, glass-like material which is impervious to all forms of damage. The sand within SCPA-EN-00325 is anomalous in that it has the ability to manipulate time.

When SCPA-EN-00325 is turned over, the sand begins to flow normally at first, but after approximately 30 seconds, the sand flow will begin to vary in speed erratically. This effect can cause several different temporal distortions at random, including the time loop phenomenon, time acceleration, or temporal displacement. It is impossible to predict which temporal anomaly will occur.

In addition, SCPA-EN-00325 can also be used to manipulate the rate of the sand's flow manually. By rotating the hourglass as it drains, the user can manipulate the flow rate of the sand to speed up, slow down, or even stop the flow momentarily.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00325 was recovered from a small antique store in [REDACTED], VA after several reports of time-related anomalies in the area. The current owner had no knowledge of SCPA-EN-00325's anomalous properties and had displayed the object for sale in the normal e-commerce sites before being flagged by the Foundation's web crawlers.

SCPA-EN-00325 has been used on several occasions to conduct experiments with SCPA's that showed time manipulation abilities.
