Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00203 is to be contained within a standard anomalous containment locker at Site-███. Access to SCPA-EN-00203 is restricted to Level 3 personnel or higher and should be handled with the utmost caution at all times. Testing must be conducted in a purpose-built chamber with a reinforced steel door and no windows. All persons entering SCPA-EN-00203's containment area or the test chamber must wear Level A hazardous material suits and breathing masks.

SCPA-EN-00203-1 is considered lost or destroyed due to the events of Incident 00203-A. All attempts to recover SCPA-EN-00203-1 must be approved by Site Director.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00203 is a metal object measuring 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm. A locking mechanism (designated SCPA-EN-00203-2) is situated on one side of the object. When SCPA-EN-00203-2 is activated, a compartment on the opposite side of the object (designated SCPA-EN-00203-1) opens to reveal a small room with a single door.
Anyone entering SCPA-EN-00203-1 will be locked inside the room, and the door cannot be opened from the inside. The room inside SCPA-EN-00203-1 is identical to the room the individual was in at the time they entered SCPA-EN-00203-1, with the exception that all exits are blocked or inaccessible.

Individuals inside SCPA-EN-00203-1 have reported seeing and hearing apparitions and entities, experiencing altered perceptions of space and time, and being subject to severe psychological stress. In some cases, subjects have disappeared entirely, with no trace left behind.

Attempts to breach SCPA-EN-00203-1 have resulted in complete failure, with all methods tested either unable to damage the object or backfiring in some manner.

Additional Information:
The origin of SCPA-EN-00203 is unknown, although its anomalous properties suggest that it is of arcane or magical origin. Foundation research into similar objects or phenomena is ongoing.
