SCPA-EN-0012 is to be kept within a standard anomalous item locker within Site-██. It is strictly forbidden for SCPA-EN-0012 to be hung on any walls, floors or ceilings within Site-██. Any individual entering SCPA-EN-0012's locker is to use extreme caution and must be authorized by at least two level 2 personnel. All unauthorized personnel found trying to remove SCPA-EN-0012 from its locker or attempting to teleport inside are to be detained for questioning and not released until all information is gathered.

Description:
SCPA-EN-0012 is a 19th century portrait of a man in a black overcoat, commonly referred to as the "Teleporting Portrait." SCPA-EN-0012 can manifest anywhere within a 10-meter radius of any wall surface it is hung on. It is not currently known how SCPA-EN-0012 teleports to these locations. SCPA-EN-0012 will only manifest for approximately five seconds during which time a disembodied voice emanates from the portrait, stating "Did you call me?" in various languages. Those who answer the voice's question are teleported to a random location on the planet's surface without any notable forms of injuries or disturbances. The teleportation effect only occurs during SCPA-EN-0012's audio manifestation and not during its physical form manifestation.

SCPA-EN-0012 was discovered in the year ████ in a mansion owned by a wealthy aristocrat in Germany. The SCPA Foundation received knowledge about the portrait's anomalous properties through reports from various media outlets. The Foundation's acquisition team retrieved SCPA-EN-0012 from the mansion unnoticed.
