Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00319 is to be contained in a standard anomalous item locker at Site-19. Access to SCPA-EN-00319 requires Level 2 clearance and testing must be supervised by at least one Level 3 personnel. All testing must be carried out in a sealed room to prevent any potential time-related anomalies from affecting adjacent areas.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00319 is a standard wristwatch with a metallic appearance and a digital display. However, SCPA-EN-00319 has the ability to manipulate time when it is set and activated by the user. The user can set the hour and minute hands of the watch and the watch will begin to count down to the set time. Once the set time is reached, SCPA-EN-00319 will activate a temporal field around itself and all objects within a four-meter radius. Inside this field, time flows at a rate that is four times faster than normal time. This effect only affects objects within the temporal field and does not affect areas outside of the field. Normal time outside the field will continue to flow normally.

When SCPA-EN-00319's temporal field is activated, all objects within the field will appear to be moving at an accelerated rate to an outside observer. Any person or object that enters or leaves the field while it is active will experience a jump forward or backward in time, depending on the time difference between the current time and the set time of SCPA-EN-00319.

Additional Information:
During testing, it was discovered that SCPA-EN-00319 has a limited charge capacity and can only be used once per day. Attempts to modify or repair SCPA-EN-00319 have been unsuccessful due to unknown properties of the temporal field it creates.
