Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00182 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell, with no less than four (4) armed guards posted outside at all times. The containment cell must be fitted with a specially designed soundproof room, with walls and flooring of at least 10cm thickness. Additionally, any personnel that come into contact with SCPA-EN-00182 must have their memories of the event wiped immediately after exposure.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00182 is a group of humanoid entities, colloquially named "The Shadow Watchers". SCPA-EN-00182 instances are frequently sighted during moments of darkness or in low-lit areas. SCPA-EN-00182 instances have been reported to have a height of 1-1.5 meters, their bodies are completely black, with long, spindly limbs, and no visible facial features. SCPA-EN-00182 instances possess the ability to teleport short distances at will, and are able to phase through solid objects.

It is believed that SCPA-EN-00182 is completely sentient, and is capable of moving freely through the environment, without being detected by humans. SCPA-EN-00182 has been known to follow humans that it deems threats to its existence, and then proceeds to eliminate them. SCPA-EN-00182 appears to have a code of ethics for this elimination process, as it never targets innocent persons.

SCPA-EN-00182 was first discovered by the Foundation following a string of murders in a small town in the midwestern United States. After further investigation, SCPA-EN-00182 was found responsible for these killings.

SCPA-EN-00182 has proven extremely difficult to contain due to its abilities, and its unpredictable nature. It is also believed that SCPA-EN-00182 has the ability to shift its shape in such a way as to completely disappear from view, making it nearly impossible to track. All personnel must be vigilant when handling SCPA-EN-00182.
