Special Containment Procedures:

SCPA-EN-00030 is to be contained within a standard containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber is to be fitted with standard sound-dampening technology and the walls should be lined with a layer of sound-absorbent foam at least 5cm thick. SCPA-EN-00030 is not to be exposed to any source of sound or vibration louder than 55 dB at any time.

Under no circumstances should SCPA-EN-00030 be allowed to leave its containment chamber unless it is for the purposes of testing and only after receiving approval from at least two Level-3 personnel. Personnel assigned to SCPA-EN-00030's containment must undergo auditory testing every six months to ensure that they are not experiencing any auditory hallucinations or other deleterious effects resulting from prolonged exposure to SCPA.

Description:

SCPA-EN-00030 is an entity that appears to be a disembodied voice that originates from within the walls of the building it is located in. SCPA-EN-00030's voice is described as a whisper and is audible within a radius of approximately 10 meters. SCPA-EN-00030 has demonstrated the ability to speak fluently in any language it hears, including languages that the listener does not know.

SCPA-EN-00030 has demonstrated the ability to influence the emotions of nearby individuals through its voice; people who are exposed to it for extended periods of time can become paranoid, anxious, and fearful. Additionally, SCPA-EN-00030's voice can become more aggressive and hostile with time if it is not "fed" with additional sounds.

No direct attempts to locate the physical presence of SCPA-EN-00030 inside the wall have been successful. SCPA-EN-00030 has been observed to move within the wall insulation without breaking or changing the wall surface. However, sonic imaging and sound-mapping experiments have established that SCPA-EN-00030 is mobile within the wall structure of the building it inhabits, with a maximum estimated speed of 8 meters per minute.

Additional Information:

• SCPA-EN-00030 was first discovered in 19██, when a series of unexplained deaths in a local apartment building were linked to mysterious whispers coming from the walls.

• SCPA-EN-00030 can mimic the voice of any person it has heard, including deceased individuals. However, it has not been documented to have access to any information that was not already available or overheard prior to containment.

• SCPA-EN-00030 has the ability to alter its pitch, tone, and cadence to resemble different ages and genders, human and non-human voices.
