Description:
SCPA-EN-00202 appears to be a cylindrical metal device approximately 12cm in length and 4cm in diameter, with an adjustable dial and button on one end, and a small antenna on the other. The object has no visible manufacturer's label or serial number, nor any indication of power source or internal workings.

The device's anomalous properties are activated when the adjustable dial is set to a specific date, and the button is pressed. SCPA-EN-00202 then emits a pulsing wave of temporal energy that impacts all biological and mechanical objects within approximately 30 meters.

SCPA-EN-00202's temporal distortion effect is nonlinear and unpredictable: temporal echoes of any objects within its radius will be generated and reappear multiple times in the timeline, ranging from mere seconds to up to 24 hours after the activation of SCPA-EN-00202.

Individuals who come into contact with the temporal echoes produced by SCPA-EN-00202 will experience a disorienting sensation, and may exhibit varying symptoms including nausea, anxiety, and fatigue. In severe cases, individuals may also experience temporal dislocation, where their perception of time becomes severely distorted.
