Description:
SCPA-EN-00073 is an anomalous humanoid entity with an indistinct form, commonly known as "The Penumbral Guardian". The entity is approximately 2 meters in height and is surrounded by an aura of darkness that has a radius of approximately 3 meters. When active, the entity manifests as a silhouette made of this darkness, with glowing white eyes visible in the center of the silhouette.

SCPA-EN-00073 is capable of teleportation, and typically disappears and reappears within its containment zone. SCPA-EN-00073 has exhibited the ability to manipulate shadows and darkness, able to shape them into physical barriers or tendrils that can ensnare targets. SCPA-EN-00073 has never been observed speaking and does not appear to require sustenance or rest.

SCPA-EN-00073 is capable of phasing through solid objects and has demonstrated high-levels of durability, as all attempts to harm the entity have failed so far. SCPA-EN-00073 appears to be bound to its current containment location and has shown no desire to leave.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00073 was first discovered in an abandoned building in ████████, which was under investigation for possible anomalous activity. Foundation personnel entered the building and found SCPA-EN-00073 in a darkened room. SCPA-EN-00073 teleported out of the room and was subsequently pursued and contained by Foundation agents.

SCPA-EN-00073 has been largely unresponsive to communication attempts, and its origins and motivations are unknown at this time. As such, research into SCPA-EN-00073's anomalous properties and behaviors is ongoing.
