Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00058 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber is to have mirrored walls, ceiling, and floor. Maintenance of the mirrors should be conducted weekly for any damages or abnormalities. SCPA-EN-00058 is to wear a straitjacket and be under constant video surveillance. Any instances of SCPA-EN-00058 having direct eye contact with a person is to be immediately reported to the supervisor on duty.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00058 is a humanoid entity that appears as a human male in his mid-twenties, with no visible abnormalities. When SCPA-EN-00058 makes a direct eye contact with another person, a duplicate of the person appears in one of the mirrors, designated "Mirror World," inside SCPA-EN-00058's containment chamber, the likeness of the duplicate is indistinguishable from the original except that they are transparent.

When the person, whose duplicate has been created, tries to leave the Mirror World, SCPA-EN-00058 duplicates them into the real world, causing psychological and physical harm to the original person. After the duplicate exits the Mirror World, SCPA-EN-00058 takes on the physical attributes of the person they have duplicated, including age, physical abilities, and physical ailments. SCPA-EN-00058 can copy multiple people at once, but this is only observed through the mirrors, as only one person can be duplicated and copy the attributes in the real world.

Additional Information:
It is hypothesized that SCPA-EN-00058 has the ability to wipe out the memories of the persons that they copied, as this phenomenon has been reported during recovery missions. SCPA-EN-00058 has a preference for only copying persons who make a prolonged eye gaze with them, and testing is ongoing to determine the range at which SCPA-EN-00058's duplication ability is initiated.
