Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00027 is to be contained within a standard containment unit with electrified walls, floor and ceiling. A watchtower is to be built at the top of the unit to monitor the movements of SCPA-EN-00027. The containment unit must be visually and audibly monitored 24/7. In the event of a breach, or uncontrolled changes in SCPA-EN-00027's temporal influence, Mobile Task Force (MTF) Omega-7 "Timekeepers" are authorized to use amnestics, or lethal force if necessary to restore containment.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00027 is a wormhole in the time-space continuum that appears to move throughout time, absorbing time from events and individuals, resulting in instances of SCPA-EN-00027 ranging in age from seconds to days, weeks, years and even decades. SCPA-EN-00027 has no mass, restoring its temporal control over the event in question, subsequently releasing the stored time in unpredictable and destructive outbursts. SCPA-EN-00027's movement is also highly unpredictable and its exact location is unknown, making containment and surveillance highly difficult. It is believed that SCPA-EN-00027 has the abilities to travel through time created by changing possible time lines, and therefore creating alternate realities.

Additional Information:
Unsuccessful attempts have been made to close SCPA-EN-00027, which under the current understanding of the anomaly to be impossible. However, studies have shown that SCPA-EN-00027 can be manipulated, temporarily closing in seconds an opening in time to create an exponential buildup of temporal energy. This buildup of energy could result in severe catastrophic changes throughout the past and future, thus rendering permanent containment vital.
