Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00139 is contained within a standard humanoid containment chamber located at Site-██. The containment chamber must be monitored by security cameras and staff must inspect the vending machine for any irregularities at least once a week. Any items that are dispensed by SCPA-EN-00139 must be collected in a secure location and tested for anomalous properties. Testing of SCPA-EN-00139 is only permitted with the prior written consent from at least two Level 3 personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00139 is a standard vending machine that seems to have originated from an alternate universe with very similar technological advancement as ours. SCPA-EN-00139 appears normal from the exterior and only displays a few signs of wear and tear.

The anomalous properties of SCPA-EN-00139 becomes apparent when a coin is inserted into the coin slot and a button is pressed. SCPA-EN-00139 will dispense an item, which is always a 20oz cola beverage. However, the can design and manufacturer will vary, and often include designs that are not known in our universe. After several tests and data comparison with mundane vending machines, SCPA-EN-00139 dispenses variations of the beverage that do not exist in known marketing or production records.

SCPA-EN-00139 is able to create new universes, but the extent of its power is limited to an extremely narrow range, with the universes it creates remaining almost identical to ours. The peculiar variations of the beverage design originate from these alternate universes, and are the only trace left from their existence. The source of SCPA-EN-00139's transdimensional power is presently unknown.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00139 first came to the Foundation's attention when a civilian reported receiving a soda can with a logo that they did not recognize from a vending machine in their workplace. Foundation agents were able to track down the vending machine and ascertain its anomalous properties.

After several experiments, it has been concluded that SCPA-EN-00139 doesn't pose any immediate danger, given the beverage it dispenses only differs in aesthetics. SCPA-EN-00139 has, however, been involved in a couple of incidents where individuals have become overly fixated on the transdimensional designs, leading to some security breaches.
