Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00018 is to be contained in a single standard humanoid containment cell at Site-██. The cell must be thoroughly soundproofed and brightly lit at all times. Two armed guards must be stationed outside the cell at all times, and surveillance cameras are mandated at all times to monitor any abnormal activity. SCPA-EN-00018 is to have no physical contact with any personnel under any circumstances.

In the event that SCPA-EN-00018 breaches its containment, all personnel are advised to evacuate the area immediately and await instructions from the appropriate Site Security Director.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00018 is an entity in the form of a young male humanoid, approximately 1.8 meters in height and weighing 70 kilograms. Its physical appearance is unremarkable, except for an unusual level of muscular development and a complete lack of body hair. SCPA-EN-00018’s body produces no discernible odor and appears to be in a perpetually agitated state.

SCPA-EN-00018’s primary anomalous effect is the ability to create intense psychological and emotional excitement in those who make direct eye contact with it. Subjects commonly experience a rush of euphoria and extreme pleasure, often leading to heightened suggestibility and an overwhelming desire to remain in close proximity to SCPA-EN-00018.

SCPA-EN-00018's secondary anomalous effect manifests through extended eye contact, inducing trance-like states in subjects, during which SCPA-EN-00018 is able to exert a greater influence over their emotions and behavior. Extended exposure can lead to the subject becoming completely submissive to the will of SCPA-EN-00018, engaging in actions that are in direct opposition to their normal values and beliefs.

Extended exposure to SCPA-EN-00018's direct eye contact can result in the subject's physical and mental health rapidly deteriorating. Despite the danger, SCPA-EN-00018 is known to attempt to create prolonged eye contact with enhanced physical ability or under extreme stress. SCPA-EN-00018 has refused attempts to moderate its abilities and maintain its existence.

SCPA-EN-00018 was captured by the Foundation in Malawi on ██/██/████ shortly after its emergence. Authorities were notified after several reports of widespread euphoria among the local population, and once SCPA-EN-00018 had been confirmed.

SCPA-EN-00018 has demonstrated advanced combat capability beyond what any similarly humanoid SCPA, before the contentions measures. When in full control of its capabilities, SCPA-EN-00018 consistently demonstrated a capability for enhanced strength, durability, and awareness of its surroundings, in conjunction with the ability to complete complex tasks and engage in combat with comparable combat capability.
