SCPA-EN-00039 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber with no other SCPAs present. The walls of the chamber should be completely covered with cork panels to minimize echoes, and all floors and ceilings should be reinforced as necessary to ensure structural stability. Phenylketonuric-grade food and a small amount of water must be provided bi-weekly, along with a single book of fiction or non-fiction literature. No cameras or recording devices are to be allowed within 20 feet of the containment chamber at any time, and interactions with SCPA-EN-00039 are to be held behind double-layered soundproof glass.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00039 is a humanoid entity that appears as a featureless figure shrouded in darkness. It is believed that SCPA-EN-00039's lack of features is a result of it being an anti-waveform entity that refracts light around its form, rendering it impossible to see. SCPA-EN-00039 is capable of physically interacting with their environment and can move around despite the lack of any visible limbs. Despite being completely silent, SCPA-EN-00039 does generate a low-level hum that affects all information gathering and recording equipment within its containment chamber. Over time, SCPA-EN-00039 has exhibited minor reality-warping abilities, causing minor electrical failures and causing foundation staff to hear strange noises during the night shift.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00039 appears to have a male personality and has exhibited signs of both curiosity and playfulness. It has an apparent love of literature and has been known to request books for itself. Foundation staff have been unable to communicate verbally with SCPA-EN-00039, but a method of "picking up on subtle cues" has been developed to enable communication. SCPA-EN-00039 is non-aggressive, but any attempts to physically restrain or capture it results in its exhibiting severe reality-warping abilities.
