Special Containment Procedures:
When not undergoing testing, SCPA-EN-00165 is to be contained in a reinforced, soundproofed chamber with a one-way observation window. The walls, floor, and ceiling of the chamber are to be coated in a non-reflective pitch-black material. No lights or other sources of illumination are to be provided within SCPA-EN-00165's chamber. Any personnel entering the chamber for testing must wear sound-muffling headphones, watch for sudden movements or sounds, and maintain radio contact with the security team outside the chamber at all times.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00165 is a bipedal humanoid entity measuring roughly 2 meters in height and weighing approximately 80 kilograms. Its skin is a deep, glossy black and appears highly reflective when exposed to light. When not in a dormant state, SCPA-EN-00165 is highly aggressive and will attack any humans within reach.

SCPA-EN-00165's primary ability is to feed on the dreams of sleeping humans. It is capable of entering any dreamscape and consuming the hopes, fears, and desires of the person dreaming. This ability is highly dangerous, as SCPA-EN-00165 can cause profound psychological trauma or even insanity in its targets.

If SCPA-EN-00165 feeds on a person's dreams for an extended period, it can enter a dormant state that lasts for several weeks. During this time, SCPA-EN-00165 becomes highly susceptible to containment and can be moved to a secured storage unit for study and experimentation.

SCPA-EN-00165 was recovered from a research laboratory that was destroyed in a violent explosion before Foundation personnel arrived on the scene.
