SCPA-EN-00125 is to be kept in a standard containment locker. Access to SCPA-EN-00125 is only permitted for testing purposes, and only with the approval of Level 3 personnel or higher.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00125 is a small metallic bracelet with an attached digital display. Upon activation, SCPA-EN-00125 can rewind or fast forward the local timeline by up to ten minutes. The user must manually adjust SCPA-EN-00125 to the desired time offset to activate the effect, which shows itself visually via the growth or decay of a numerical display on SCPA-EN-00125. When active, SCPA-EN-00125's anomalous properties affect local spacetime, allowing for nearby objects to move and behave as if affected by the adjusted elapsed time. The bracelet's effects are not permanent and will return to normal when SCPA-EN-00125's user either deactivates its ability, dies, or otherwise loses control of SCPA-EN-00125.

When referred to as "chrono power," SCPA-EN-00125 can also stimulate chronopotentiometry within a small area, opening localized time windows as needed. These time windows may show glimpses of the past or future of nearby events to SCPA-EN-00125. There are certain limitations of the device that increase exponentially as it attempts to affect greater segments of local time, with these excessive time manipulations potentially leading to significant paradoxical events.

Testing has shown SCPA-EN-00125 can be safely used in controlled environments. Researchers have been able to obtain useful information through adjustment of the time-offset (i.e. pre-cognition, etc.). Though not explicitly dangerous on its own, certain intentional or accidental frequency may shift the course of local timelines. If used too recklessly, SCPA-EN-00125 may risk causing irreparable damage.
