Description:
SCPA-EN-00191 is a large, seemingly unremarkable tower located in [REDACTED], Japan. Despite appearing to be a typical office building, SCPA-EN-00191 is actually an anomalous structure capable of warping reality. SCPA-EN-00191's powers seem to affect reality on a local scale, with the effects increasing in strength the closer one gets to the top of the tower.

The anomalous effects of SCPA-EN-00191 manifest as various distortions in reality. For example, individuals on different floors might perceive time at different rates, or the weather might be different on each floor. More extreme effects have also been observed, such as the appearance of impossible architecture or the sudden appearance of individuals who have no discernable means of entering the building.
