Special Containment Procedures:

SCPA-EN-00099 must be fed on a diet of high-energy particles, such as photons or electrons, to prevent it from dying. If SCPA-EN-00099 reproduces, the offspring must be destroyed.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00099 is a parasitic entity that feeds on the subatomic particles of a host, causing severe physical harm to the host in the process. SCPA-EN-00099 reproduces by creating a copy of itself, which is then expelled from the host to continue feeding on subatomic particles. SCPA-EN-00099 is capable of moving through electrical currents and can infect any device connected to an electric grid, making containment extremely difficult. Although SCPA-EN-00099 feeds on subatomic particles, it also appears to feed on the electrical energy within a host, causing machinery to malfunction and power outages to occur.

SCPA-EN-00099 was discovered after a power outage occurred at Site-███. Upon inspection, it was discovered that SCPA-EN-00099 had infected the Site's electrical grid. All attempts to remove SCPA-EN-00099 from the electrical grid resulted in power outages and severe damage to equipment. SCPA-EN-00099 must be monitored at all times to ensure containment.
