SCPA-EN-00019 is to be contained in a sealed 3m x 3m x 3m chamber located underground, with no less than 2 meters of reinforced concrete between the chamber and any adjoining rooms. The room must be monitored by high-definition cameras and motion sensors.

Under no circumstances should any living entity make physical contact with SCPA-EN-00019, and all personnel that come into any form of contact with the entity is required to undergo a full psychological analysis.

SCPA-EN-00019's chamber is to be checked hourly for any changes in SCPA-EN-00019's parameters by D-class personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00019 is a paradoxical entity that resets itself back to a previous state of time upon being terminated. Attempting to terminate SCPA-EN-00019 in any way, including but not limited to extermination, disintegration, and all forceful means, causes the loop to reset and brings SCPA-EN-00019 back to life at a point several hours prior to termination. As a result, the entity has never been successfully terminated or contained.

SCPA-EN-00019 is a humanoid entity that appears to be a Caucasian male in his early thirties, with short hair and blue eyes. The entity displays enhanced strength and the ability to think creatively, making it exceedingly difficult to contain.

SCPA-EN-00019's arrival on Earth remains unknown, but theories suggest it may have originated in another dimension or time loop. It has shown the ability to create irregular time loops in test environments, manipulating the reality within the loop.

SCPA-EN-00019's time loops have the potential to cause significant harm and disruption to the timeline if it were to escape, making it a severe threat to the safety of humanity.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00019 has been observed to have a mild form of telekinetic abilities, limited to solid objects weighing less than 5kg. This ability has yet to cause any harm or dangerous outcomes.
