SCPA-EN-00195 is to be kept in a standard Safe-class containment locker in Site-19. Access to the object is restricted to Level 2 personnel and above. Testing with SCPA-EN-00195 must be approved by at least one Level 3 personnel. SCPA-EN-00195 is to be inspected yearly to ensure its integrity.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00195 is a silver, analog wristwatch. The dial bears the name "Chrono-Slip" and the numbers and hands are coated in luminous material, in good working order. SCPA-EN-00195's anomalous property is activated when the watch face is turned clockwise, instead of winding the watch.

When SCPA-EN-00195 is turned clockwise, time appears to stop within a radius of approximately three meters around the wearer, while the wearer continues to experience time normally. This effect lasts for a period of five minutes. Any beings or objects that are moved outside of the radius while time is stopped fail to resume movement once time starts again, becoming frozen in place. The process of moving SCPA-EN-00195 within the radius while time is stopped has resulted in catastrophic damage in previous tests and is strictly prohibited.

SCPA-EN-00195 was recovered from the personal effects of a civilian individual in [REDACTED], United Kingdom following reports of bizarre occurrences in the local area where time appeared to stop entirely.

The ethics committee has approved the use of SCPA-EN-00195 for the purposes of time-sensitive containment breaches, however, due to the unpredictable effects of its use, it is to be used as a last resort.
