Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00207 is to be contained within a soundproofed and light-sealed containment chamber. The containment chamber should contain minimal furniture or objects with exposed surfaces that could conceivably be painted. All personnel assigned to SCPA-EN-00207 must undergo psychological evaluations before rotation to its containment team. At least one security member of the containment team must maintain a visual on SCPA-EN-00207.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00207 is a humanoid figure standing at 175 centimeters in height, with an average build and physical attributes. SCPA-EN-00207's skin is black, similar to a shadow. SCPA-EN-00207 will produce a paintbrush from its left hand, and use it to paint intricate and detailed images onto any surface with paint-like consistency. SCPA-EN-00207 shows an almost uncanny talent with color theory, composition and a perfect memory, allowing it to create images with immense skill and detail.
Paintings created by SCPA-EN-00207 have a "contagious" quality. Any person within a 5-meter range of SCPA-EN-00207 will fall under a trance-like state for 5-10 minutes after viewing one of its paintings, and will experience lowered inhibitions, reduced critical thinking, high suggestibility, and auditory hallucinations.

SCPA-EN-00207's paintings are unpredictable in their content, some of which could be dangerous, though SCPA-EN-00207 does not seem to intentionally create dangerous images. Security personnel should be cautious while examining new paintings. SCPA-EN-00207 is congenial and cooperative with Foundation staff, though it often requests specific colors of paint, brushes and surfaces to paint. Requests not deemed a security risk are generally granted.
