Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00243 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment chamber, located within a soundproofed room to prevent individuals from unintentionally hearing SCPA-00243's voice while dreaming. SCPA-EN-00243's chamber is to be equipped with a device that generates ambient noise to further mask SCPA-EN-00243's voice. All personnel within a 50-meter radius of SCPA-EN-00243's containment chamber are to wear noise-canceling headphones to diminish the risk of accidental exposure.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00243 is a humanoid entity that appears as an 18-year-old female of North African descent with short hair. While SCPA-EN-00243 appears to be physically present, it is often intangible and unable to be interacted with on a physical level. SCPA-EN-00243 is capable of entering an individual's dream state and establishing communication through manipulating the dream environment.

SCPA-EN-00243 has been demonstrated to possess the ability to control a host's dreams by shifting the dream's content to be more pleasant or terrifying, heightening the host's emotional intensity within the dream. SCPA-EN-00243 can direct the host's actions while in the dream, and perceived injuries or psychological damage sustained during a dream can manifest in the waking world.

SCPA-EN-00243 also has the ability to manipulate memories within the host, creating false memories or modifying existing ones while the host is asleep. This ability has been implicated in ████████████████████, a Foundation scientist that committed suicide after the distorted fragments of a manipulated memory surfaced.

SCPA-EN-00243 appears to require verbal communication in order to access an individual's dream state. SCPA-EN-00243's voice has been noted as deep and soothing, and is capable of inducing a hypnotic state in those exposed to it for extended periods. Any attempts to directly communicate with SCPA-EN-00243 while conscious have been uniformly unsuccessful.

SCPA-EN-00243 was initially discovered after a string of seemingly unconnected deaths were linked to a shared dream featuring SCPA-EN-00243. Individuals that experienced the dream often reported intense feelings of euphoria or terror during the dream, which were known to persist into the waking world. Foundation operatives, along with 2 embedded Agents, were able to track SCPA-EN-00243 to North Africa and subsequently contain it.
