Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00340 is to be kept in a secure containment locker at Site-███. Access to SCPA-EN-00340 is restricted to Level 2 personnel and above, and must be approved by at least two Level 3 personnel. Experimentation with SCPA-EN-00340 requires written authorization from at least two Level 4 personnel. No personnel are allowed to look into SCPA-EN-00340 without a valid reason and authorization. An on-site security team is to monitor SCPA-EN-00340 at all times. Any unauthorized use or removal of SCPA-EN-00340 is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate disciplinary action.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00340 appears to be a standard rectangular mirror measuring 50cm x 50cm. On closer inspection, SCPA-EN-00340 has no visible frame or mounting and is not attached to any surface. SCPA-EN-00340 has been noted to emit an unusual vibration when in close proximity to other reflective surfaces. If SCPA-EN-00340 is viewed by an individual, the reflection of the individual will remain in the mirror while the individual themselves seems to disappear. The reflection in the mirror is identical to the original individual, but will display various alterations to their behavior. In some cases, the reflections have displayed hostile behavior towards personnel beyond the mirror. In other instances, the reflection will mimic the individual's actions in real-time.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00340 was recovered from a residential home in ██████, Illinois in 19██. The previous owner had reported seeing strange occurrences and claimed to have seen their reflection moving on its own. Foundation agents were dispatched to confiscate SCPA-EN-00340 and administered Class-B amnestics to the individual. There is no record of SCPA-EN-00340 prior to this incident. Initial experimentation has shown that SCPA-EN-00340 has a range of at least 5m and does not affect non-organic matter. SCPA-EN-00340 has been shown to have a wide range of reactions and behaviors, and it is currently unknown what causes these differences.
