Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00252 is to be kept in a standard anomalous item locker at Site-17. Access to SCPA-EN-00252 requires clearance from Level 3 personnel or above. Testing of SCPA-EN-00252 requires approval from at least two Level 4 personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00252 is a pocket watch with the ability to temporarily disrupt local time. When the user activates SCPA-EN-00252, time within a 5-meter radius of the pocket watch will slow down by a factor of one hundred. The effect lasts for a maximum of one minute, after which time returns to normal.

The activation button is located on the back of the pocket watch, and pressing it once will start the time disruption effect. Pressing it again will stop the effect. The pocket watch itself is mechanical and requires daily winding.

Due to its limited range and short duration, SCPA-EN-00252 is not considered a major threat. However, it has the potential to destabilize time-sensitive experiments or missions, and should therefore be treated with caution.

Additional Information:
The origins of SCPA-EN-00252 are unknown, but it appears to be of Victorian-era design. Its anomalous properties were discovered in 19██, when a researcher accidentally activated the pocket watch during experiments on time manipulation.

Testing has shown that SCPA-EN-00252 is not affected by other temporal anomalies, and it does not appear to have any negative effects on its user or surrounding environment.
