Description:
SCPA-EN-00167 is a small cube-shaped device that comprises several electronic components, including wiring and a crystal prism inside it. The time-traveling function is achieved by inputting specific coordinates and time data into the system. When activated, SCPA-EN-00167 creates a time wormhole that transports the device carrier to the targeted era.

The device appears to be made out of an unknown metallic material that cannot be identified through any conventional means. Despite being able to time travel, SCPA-EN-00167 does not generate an intense amount of heat, radiation, or other detectable energy emissions.

A total of 20 charges have been recorded so far in SCPA-EN-00167. Each event corresponds to evidence of the time-traveling activity of the device. Due to the unpredictable nature of the time-traveling function, only level 4 personnel can use SCPA-EN-00167 for emergency purposes.

The device was acquired by the Foundation in 1952 from a research laboratory in Germany. The researchers confirmed that SCPA-EN-00167 was initially developed for nonanomalous time measurement purposes.
