SCPA-EN-00117 is to be kept in a standard lockbox in Site-██. Access to SCPA-EN-00117 is to be granted only to Level 2 personnel or higher, and only for research purposes. Any unauthorized personnel attempting to access SCPA-EN-00117 are to be apprehended and disciplined accordingly.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00117 is a standard composition notebook with a red cover. The notebook has been modified with unknown materials and is able to disintegrate any writing on the page exactly one hour after it has been written, leaving no trace of the original text. This effect occurs even if the text has been written with an ink that is not water-soluble and even if the text is written with indelible ink, pencil or marker.

This effect does not affect the composition notebook itself nor the page where the writing was originally made.

All attempts to reproduce the disintegration effect of SCPA-EN-00117 in a controlled environment have failed.

Additional Information:
All attempts to reverse or prevent the effects of SCPA-EN-00117 have also failed. It is currently unknown how the notebook is able to perform this effect or if there are other anomalous properties associated with SCPA-EN-00117 that have yet to be discovered.
