Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00189 is to be kept within a standard containment chamber within Site-██. Entrance to SCPA-EN-00189 is only permitted with authorization from at least two Level Three personnel, and any personnel entering SCPA-EN-00189 must be equipped with a headset, which will be used to communicate with other staff outside of SCPA-EN-00189. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to spend more than four hours within SCPA-EN-00189 at a time. All staff entering SCPA-EN-00189 are to be monitored by remote devices, to be removed after each entry. Any unusual behavior resulting from exposure to SCPA-EN-00189 is to be reported immediately.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00189 is a small room, appearing mundane from the outside. Upon entering SCPA-EN-00189, the door will automatically lock behind the individual, and they will find themselves in an identical room with black walls and no windows. The room also contains a couch and a table with a chessboard that is always set up for play. No doors or windows can be found within SCPA-EN-00189. SCPA-EN-00189 is isolated from the rest of the Site in that any radio or intercom communication systems used within SCPA-EN-00189 will fail to transmit outside of the room.

After a period of time in SCPA-EN-00189, the individual will begin to experience hallucinations. These hallucinations include, but are not limited to, hearing their own voices in their head, feeling as though they are being watched by something or someone, and visions of figures moving outside of the room. These figures will commonly appear as though they are walking by outside the room but can also appear inside the room with the individual. They are known to be dangerous and aggressive towards those inside SCPA-EN-00189. Staff is to complete a mental health evaluation to ensure they are fit for re-entry after their time in the room.
