Description:
SCPA-EN-00296 takes on the appearance of a small cube-shaped device made of an unknown metallic substance. The object measures 5 cm³ and weighs approximately 600 grams. The front side of the cube features a small digital display which presents three adjustable knobs.

Upon further inspection, SCPA-EN-00296's anomalous properties become apparent. SCPA-EN-00296 has the ability to manipulate time within a designated radius. When activated, SCPA-EN-00296 slows the flow of time within the designated radius by a factor of up to 20 to 1. The radius of effect can be adjusted by the knobs on the front of the cube and ranges from 1 meter to 10 meters in diameter.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00296 was obtained from a black market dealer in 20██ after several reports of temporal distortions in the area. The dealer claimed SCPA-EN-00296 was once used by a group of rogue Foundation personnel for their own means before being stolen.

Testing has shown that while SCPA-EN-00296 is capable of slowing the flow of time, it cannot reverse or speed it up. Additionally, any living organisms within the radius of effect will not experience any physical harm or aging due to the effects of SCPA-EN-00296.
