Description:

SCPA-EN-00153 appears to be an ornate hourglass made of a gold-colored metal frame, with the glass chambers filled with a sand-like substance that is composed of small shards of colored crystal. SCPA-EN-00153 weighs approximately 5 pounds and stands at a height of 12 inches. When the timekeeping mechanism within SCPA-EN-00153 is activated, the sand within SCPA-EN-00153 will flow at a normal pace until the timekeeping mechanism is deactivated.

When SCPA-EN-00153’s timekeeping mechanism is activated, SCPA-EN-00153 creates a temporal anomaly within a 10 feet radius of it. Time within this zone will slow down, with objects and people within the affected area appearing to move at a substantially slower rate than the rest of the surrounding environment. SCPA-EN-00153’s temporal anomaly will continue until the timekeeping mechanism is deactivated.

SCPA-EN-00153 can be activated by touch or other physical contact, making it a dangerous object to handle. SCPA-EN-00153’s anomalous properties are not limited, and it has the potential to cause a catastrophic event if not properly contained.
