Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-0013 is to be kept in a steel containment chamber, with a minimum size of 10m x 10m x 10m. The chamber must be lined with noise-dampening foam with a density 50% higher than the industry standard, and sealed to prevent any sounds from escaping the chamber. Visual monitoring of the chamber should be maintained at all times via CCTV. One (1) D-Class personnel is to be sent in at thirty-minute intervals to monitor the status of SCPA-EN-0013 and record any unusual observations.

Description:
SCPA-EN-0013 is a humanoid entity measuring 2.3 meters in height when standing upright, which appears to be invisible except for the red irises visible in its eye sockets. SCPA-EN-0013's appearance will only become visible when it is in the presence of vocal sound, which it will then proceed to hunt down.

When SCPA-EN-0013 is provoked by a vocal sound, even the slightest whisper, it will direct its attention towards the source of the sound and proceed to actively pursue it. SCPA-EN-0013 has been observed to move at incredible speeds, sometimes exceeding 80km/h, to reach its prey. Once SCPA-EN-0013 has caught its prey, it will kill it by an unknown method that cannot be observed due to the invisibility of SCPA-EN-0013.

Unlike sound-based SCPAs, SCPA-EN-0013 does not seem to be affected by sound that originates outside of the spatial bounds of the containment chamber. SCPA-EN-0013 has shown an ability to detect sounds by an unknown means that seems to be unrelated to conventional hearing.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-0013 has never given any indication of the nature of its "hunting instinct" or the motives behind it. SCPA-EN-0013's diet and habits, if any, are unknown fundamentally.
