Description:
SCPA-EN-00249 is a male humanoid of approximately 30 years of age with no identifying markers or history prior to containment. What makes SCPA-EN-00249 anomalous is that any wall or flat surface he looks at will begin to feature an inscription in the form of hand-drawn graffiti. The content of these inscriptions varies from crude drawings to complex and meaningful artwork, often including cryptic religious messages and prophetic utterances. The messages and inscriptions SCPA-EN-00249 produces are often highly disturbing and unsettling, leading to some personnel experiencing a sense of anxiety or dread when near SCPA-EN-00249.

SCPA-EN-00249's effect has been observed to create layers of drawings on an already-covered surface, covering multiple layers without any sign of degradation.
