Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00045 is to be contained within a standard 10x10x10 meter containment chamber with soundproofing materials lining the walls, floor, and ceiling. The door must be airtight, and the windows must not allow any outside noise to penetrate the cell. No personnel are permitted to enter the cell without proper sound protective gear which muffles outside noise.

All communication with SCPA-EN-00045 must be done via handwritten notes or on specialized soundproof headsets that will minimize SCPA-EN-00045's auditory reach. Under no circumstances is verbal communication allowed. All researchers with level 2 security clearance or higher will be required to use sign language to communicate with SCPA-EN-00045.

The room should be monitored at all times by personnel trained in auditory sensitivity and equipped with sound-blocking headphones. If there is any indication that SCPA-EN-00045's containment may be compromised, the emergency sound dampening protocol should be enacted immediately.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00045 appears to be a wall made of standard concrete, similar to that used in the construction of modern buildings. However, upon further examination, it has been found that SCPA-EN-00045 possesses a unique property that causes it to emit sounds of extremely low frequency. These sounds are so low that they cannot be heard by the human ear, and are instead picked up by audio equipment.

The source of these sounds is not yet known, but they have been observed to take on the form of whispers, moans, and other such noises. At times, the noises may increase to high levels, leading to physical symptoms such as dizziness and nausea for those who are not properly protected.

SCPA-EN-00045 also has the ability to emit high-pitched frequencies that can cause discomfort and damage to the human ear. This ability appears to be intentional, and is used in instances where SCPA-EN-00045 believes its containment is being breached.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00045 was initially discovered during an excavation in a residential neighborhood where it was being used to separate two adjacent homes. It was observed that the homeowners had never reported experiencing auditory hallucinations nor had hearing any kind of auditory phenomena. Initial Foundation testing showed that SCPA-EN-00045 effects are caused by it emitting low-frequency soundwaves only, that normal humans cannot hear.
