Description:
SCPA-EN-00113 appears to be a humanoid with no distinguishing features. It acts and behaves like any other human being but has the ability to steal memories from other individuals by physical contact with the targeted person. SCPA-EN-00113 is able to remove specific memories or general experiences from the victim's mind, which are then transferable and controllable by SCPA-EN-00113. SCPA-EN-00113 can store the memories for an indefinite period of time and can access them at will to experience them as its own.

SCPA-EN-00113's ability works on any conscious being with memories that has a brain. Animals and plants are unaffected. Test subjects have reported feelings of disorientation and confusion after SCPA-EN-00113 has stolen their memories.

SCPA-EN-00113 was captured by the Foundation after reports of missing persons within the ███████ district. During questioning, SCPA-EN-00113 revealed to have committed the acts of memory theft by manifestly controlling the victims' recollections.
