Special Containment Procedures: SCPA-EN-00021 is contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber. Access to SCPA-EN-00021 is restricted to Level 3 personnel or higher, and researchers must wear sun-protective suits when in SCPA-EN-00021's presence. SCPA-EN-00021 is to be provided with a pair of sunglasses at all times.

Description: SCPA-EN-00021 appears as a humanoid figure with a single eye located in the center of the forehead. The eye is black in color and appears to be in a constant state of eclipse. SCPA-EN-00021's skin is black, leathery, and resembles that of a bat. SCPA-EN-00021 does not require sustenance or oxygen to survive.

SCPA-EN-00021 has the ability to emit a bright light from its eye, which can cause severe burns to any organic matter it comes into contact with. This effect can be mitigated by light-dampening materials or staying out of SCPA-EN-00021's line of sight. SCPA-EN-00021 also has limited telepathic abilities and has been observed to attempt to mentally persuade researchers to remove its sunglasses.

Additional Information: SCPA-EN-00021 was discovered during an archaeological expedition in a cave system in Africa. It was contained and brought to Site-17 shortly thereafter. SCPA-EN-00021 has not been observed to age or display any signs of physical weakness over time. SCPA-EN-00021 has been uncooperative during interviews and has shown a tendency towards aggression when its sunglasses are removed.
