Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00238 is to be contained in a 5m x 5m x 5m standard containment chamber located in Site-19. The walls, ceiling, and floor of the chamber must be constructed of 2 meter thick reinforced steel infused with lead, surrounded by 1 meter thick neural dampening material, and monitored at all times by at least ten (10) level 4 personnel. The containment chamber must be equipped with airlocks before entry and all individuals entering SCPA-EN-00238's chamber must wear Level A Hazmat suits equipped with full body restraints. Any and all forms of digital equipment or communication devices are forbidden during entry.

At all times, SCPA-EN-00238 is to be restrained using 2-point locking padded mitts to prevent escape or any attempts to assimilate other individuals. No personnel are permitted to come within five (5) meters of SCPA-EN-00238 at any time without prior approval by at least two level 4 personnel.

All personnel that have been assimilated by SCPA-EN-00238 are to be permanently terminated by order of the Site Director.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00238, also known as "The Skin Thief", is an anomalous humanoid entity, 182 cm tall and weighing approximately 77.1 kg. SCPA-EN-00238 has the ability to alter its physical form at will by removing, duplicating, or assimilating skin cells of other individuals. After assimilating cells, SCPA-EN-00238 is able to utilize the duplicated skin cells to create a perfect copy of the individual, including physical appearance and memories. SCPA-EN-00238 is also able to assimilate individuals, adding their physical appearance and memories to its own.

When SCPA-EN-00238 assimilates an individual, the copy produced will behave in the manner of the original person, while SCPA-EN-00238 will present itself as hollow and emotionless. SCPA-EN-00238 will assimilate individuals through physical contact, such as skin-to-skin or through direct injection. After SCPA-EN-00238 has assimilated an individual, it is able to create a perfect replica of their appearance, allowing it to blend in with other individuals and infiltrate areas unnoticed.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00238 was discovered in 19██ after reports of a serial killer who was able to disguise themselves as their victims began to emerge. After close investigation, it was found that SCPA-EN-00238 was responsible for the killings and had been assimilating and replacing its victims for an unknown amount of time. The original individual or individuals that SCPA-EN-00238 assimilated are presumed to have been terminated.

SCPA-00238 has an extraordinary ability to evade detection and will go to great lengths to remain undiscovered. It has demonstrated advanced combat training and a high level of intelligence that allows it to manipulate people and circumstances for its own convenience.
