Description:
SCPA-EN-00141 is a phone booth that appears to be a standard design from the 1970s. There is no manufacturer labeling or any other descriptive information about the item. If SCPA-EN-00141 is plugged into a functioning phone line, it will start to receive calls from a male voice who seems to be calling from an unspecified location. The caller always identifies themselves as "Doug." They proceeded to describe a location in detail while requesting to be picked up for either travel or medical emergencies.

The nature of SCPA-EN-00141's anomalous properties is unclear. On several occasions, the Foundation has attempted to trace the call, but all attempts have failed. The voice's speech pattern and accent appear to change when calling overseas.

During each call, the caller will often request help, claiming that they are in danger and need to be rescued. Any attempts by the Foundation to trace the calls or locate the source of the calls have failed.

Each call received by SCPA-EN-00141 occurs at precisely 10:13 PM EST, regardless of location or time zone.

While SCPA-EN-00141 remains inactive and unplugged, no anomalous properties are observed. However, any staff who physically comes into contact with SCPA-EN-00141 experiences a slight sense of unease and fear.
