Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00129 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell equipped with a one-way mirrored observation window. Any reflective surfaces within SCPA-EN-00129's cell must be covered or otherwise obscured. It is also to be provided with a collection of non-reflective material and objects for recreational purposes. All personnel assigned to SCPA-EN-00129 must wear polarized goggles to prevent potential reflection-related anomalous effects.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00129 is a humanoid entity exhibiting an innate ability to reflect any light that has made contact with its skin at the time of reflection. This ability allows SCPA-EN-00129 to render itself invisible to the naked eye as it appears that the space that it occupies reflects the surrounding environment. This ability is limited to the light spectrum, and therefore it does not extend to other sensed wavelengths, such as thermal sensing.

SCPA-EN-00129 appears to choose when and how dimly reflective surfaces are in its vicinity. By around 46 flares per second, the rate at which SCPA-EN-00129's skin reflects light increases proportionally with ambient light levels, suggesting a basic level of control. The effects of SCPA-EN-00129 do not affect video or photographic imagery or any other non-direct visual sources, since the phenomenon is only present in observed light.

Upon initial capture, SCPA-EN-00129 had several shallow lacerations and evidence of blunt-force trauma, suggesting that it had been attacked by the previous owner or owners. SCPA-EN-00129 does not communicate through any conventional means, and its aggression levels toward Foundation personnel seem inversely related to proximity.

Additional Information:
There is no discernable pattern regarding what wavelengths and frequencies are reflected by SCPA-EN-00129's skin. Tests have shown that the SCPA-EN-00129 reflects all perceived wavelengths from infrared (~1000nm) to ultraviolet (~400nm), and staff are advised to avoid looking at the SCPA-EN-00129 until proper protective eyewear has been applied.

The psychological state of SCPA-EN-00129 is still under observation because of the lack of communication possible with SCPA-EN-00129. One theory is that SCPA-EN-00129 has always been this way - fragile, isolated, and unable to connect with other living things.
