The Library's layout is inconsistent and ever-changing, with floors, rooms, hallways, and even entire wings appearing and disappearing at random intervals. Despite its infinite size, SCPA-EN-00047's catalog is continuously updated, with new books and tomes appearing and older ones disappearing.

The books within SCPA-EN-00047 appear in a wide variety of languages, many of which are unknown to modern humans.
