Special Containment Procedures:
SCPA-EN-00247 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment unit. The chamber must have soundproofing insulation walls ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters in thickness. The chamber must be free from any materials that can amplify SCPA-EN-00247's humming. Two guards are to be on duty at all times outside the containment chamber, and no personnel are allowed to enter SCPA-EN-00247's chamber without clearance from at least two Level 3 personnel.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00247 is a humanoid construct measuring 185cm in height and weighing 65kgs. SCPA-EN-00247 is made up of organic tissue similar to that of humans but is entirely white in color. SCPA-EN-00247 does not require sustenance, and its body humidity level has been reported to be zero. SCPA-EN-00247's eyes are always closed, and it lacks any recognizable facial features other than what appears to be a mouth.

SCPA-EN-00247 is capable of humming at frequencies that appear to affect its immediate environment. It can change its pitch and tone in a manner that is not fully understood. Its humming affects nearby humans causing them to experience hallucinations and be put into a trance-like state. The effects of the humming depend on how near the listener is to SCPA-EN-00247. SCPA-EN-00247's humming is also amplified by certain materials, such as wood or metal.

While SCPA-EN-00247's intentions remain unknown, it seems to show a negative response to aggressive behavior or loud sounds. SCPA-EN-00247's humming can become louder and more frequent in these situations.

Further studies have revealed that SCPA-EN-00247's tissue appears to be similar to that of a certain extinct species of hominids, and its humming frequency correlates to the frequency of the said species. Attempts to trace the possible origin of SCPA-EN-00247 are currently underway.
