SCPA-EN-00180 is capable of moving in any direction and can change its direction of travel instantaneously. SCPA-EN-00180 also possesses a level of sentience and can express emotions and communicate through various methods including vibrations and whistles.

SCPA-EN-00180 exhibits abnormal strength and can easily uproot trees and building structures. During periods of high emotional stress, SCPA-EN-00180 has demonstrated greater destructive power and may manifest as multiple tornadoes. SCPA-EN-00180 shows a marked preference for environmental phenomena and has been observed to deflect light and sound waves with considerable skill.

SCPA-EN-00180 was discovered after multiple unexplained disturbances in the weather patterns in the Midwest, United States of America. After an investigation by the SCPA Foundation, SCPA-EN-00180 was located and contained.
