SCPA-EN-00338 is to be contained in a standard Euclid humanoid containment chamber located within Site-██. All personnel who come into physical contact with SCPA-EN-00338 must undergo a full psychological evaluation following contact. SCPA-EN-00338 is to be fed every 72 hours with specially formulated nutrient blends which have been proven to suppress the feeding behavior of SCPA-EN-00338.

Description:
SCPA-EN-00338 is a parasitic entity which takes the form of a large, slug-like organism when not possessing a host. SCPA-EN-00338's primary method of reproduction is to seek out and attach itself to the base of the skull in human hosts. Once attached, SCPA-EN-00338 begins secreting a toxin into the host's bloodstream which results in the host becoming increasingly apathetic and losing the ability to feel emotions over time. SCPA-EN-00338 will continue to drain the host's energy until the host eventually dies due to organ failure.

SCPA-EN-00338 appears to be incapable of attaching itself to individuals who have high emotional resilience or high levels of emotional activity. The entity is also seemingly incapable of possessing individuals with low IQ scores or those suffering from certain neurological conditions.

Additional Information:
SCPA-EN-00338 was discovered in a small town in the midwestern United States after reports of widespread apathy and lack of motivation among the populace. The Foundation was alerted when the symptoms continued to spread despite the application of normal psychological techniques.

SCPA-EN-00338 appears to have been created via means of anomalous research, although the origin of the research is unknown to the Foundation at this time.
